1. What products do you offer?

We offer a range of products including children's picture books, activity books, journals, and workbooks. We also provide free downloadable activities and ebooks. From time to time we may offer gift products such as backpacks, plush character pillows, blankets and more.

2. Do you offer free shipping? Where do you ship to?

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over $75. No code needed! 

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Our eBooks and FREE downloads are available everywhere! Some of our products are also available through Amazon and may be avaliable in your market through Amazon. Check out our Amazon shop to see if the item is available there! 

3. What is your return policy?

I want you to be happy with your Pippenwell purchase. Because this is a small, author-managed shop, I aim to handle any issues fairly and personally. Please return unused items within 30 days using the return portal from your order page. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads, printable files, ebooks, PDFs, and other electronically delivered products are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Rest assured, we are an American, Atlanta-based company, that accepts the latest payment options and all major credit cards.  Your payments are fully protected with secure checkout powered by Shopify and Shop. 

9. How can I access free downloadable activities and ebooks?

Most downloads are PDF and need to be added to your "cart" like a product then you will go to a "checkout" page where you can get the download as well as an emailed version to your inbox for your convenience!
