We currently guarantee shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped as soon as possible.

If your items do not arrive in good condition, or within 14 days from the order date, please reach out to Pippenwell Support at support@pippenwell.com. We will promptly work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
