Refunds & Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with your Pippenwell purchase. Because this is a small, author-managed shop, I aim to handle any issues fairly and personally.

1. Orders placed on pippenwell.com
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through pippenwell.com.

If you purchased a Pippenwell book or product through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, Gumroad, or any other third-party retailer or marketplace, your order is subject to that seller’s return, refund, and customer service policies. Please contact the retailer where you placed your order directly.

2. Digital products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads, printable files, ebooks, PDFs, and other electronically delivered products are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you have trouble accessing a digital purchase or believe a file is defective, incomplete, or corrupted, please contact support@pippenwell.com and I will do my best to help.

3. Physical merchandise
Eligible physical merchandise purchased directly from pippenwell.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition.

To request a return, please email support@dragonkinmod.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Custom or made-to-order items
Some items may be custom-made, print-on-demand, or produced specially for your order. These items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong size or variant.

However, if a custom or made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@dragonkinmod.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@dragonkinmod.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging

Once reviewed, I may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
